Longchamp Elysees - Paris

This hotel’s charming patio provided a perfect spot to unwind, and the proximity to excellent local bistros enhanced our Parisian experience remarkably.

I got a well-kept and beautifully decorated room with a spacious bed. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was unbeatable, right next to Palais de Chaillot.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

I was charmed by the quaint ambiance and the cute atmosphere of the staff, who provided us with valuable tips to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the nearby local bistros. The hotel's proximity to Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower made our sightseeing effortless and good.

Stairs were narrow.

The Staff was great - they helped us greatly. Marc et Renaud were fantastic.

This hotel was very convenient to the Trocadero Metro and Eiffel Tower. Nice, quiet upscale area. Room was clean, bathroom very adequate. Would stay there again and recommend to friends. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are cramped, especially for families. The shower design is flawed, leading to potential flooding!!! The air conditioning is noisy and inconsistent, frustrating for a good night's sleep!!!

Very convienient for the Metro and busses. Nice area, feels safe at night. Friendly staff. Clean room. The double glased windows kept the street noise out well. Ensuite bathroom very good and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The tiny lift barely fits 2 people. Breakfast is all portioned and measured out per person and very unimaginative, Cost of breakfast disproportionately expensive for what is actually on offer. Staff gossiped about the guests, thinking we did not understand French.

Honestly, the grumpy manager at reception must think he's a king or something. I also couldn't believe the air conditioning was so dry. It nearly added to my 'sore' experience! I almost thought of writing a good review, but the lack of fresh tea bags really drove me mad. How Unbelievable!

The customer service were really helpful when we needed some information about Paris, for instance, transportation, shopping center and etc.

The rooms are awfully small, and there was this bad smell all the time. The hotel was quite expensive (no value for money at all) and the pictures on the website do not display the rooms accurately.

The location was ideal! Just a five-minute stroll to the fine view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff greeted us warmly and were always eager to assist with our inquiries. Breakfast each morning featured fresh selections, and the coffee was consistently replenished when needed. The garden view from the breakfast area added a serene touch that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Location is Very good - 5min from Trocadero Place and 10 from Tour Effeille

Bed staff was not clean enough. Room is tidy and always smell of strong deodorants been there after clean up. When bed staff been asked to change I have to listen long tirade about why and who etc from room service

The hotel staff is incredible. They're very warm and friendly, always helpful, always mindful of every guest's needs. Extra effort always to serve early breakfast, help out with directions and booking of excursions, and provide wi-fi service.
